Local Management:

Each of our customers is assigned an Operations Supervisor conveniently stationed close by the customer’s business location. They have the knowledge and experience to assist you with technical issues regarding your fuel. These professionals work proactively with our drivers to ensure the best service possible. 24/7, 365 days a year, you can always reach a manager who can assist you should complications arise regarding your fuel or fueling service.


Our trucks are equipped with computerized meters and scanners, ensuring accurate metering and recording of all deliveries performed. This detailed information is then saved in our private cloud-based system and via our customer portal, you can access invoices, delivery tickets, and reports to help you monitor your vehicles and track fuel usage for IFTA reporting and audits. Your branch manager’s unique username and password will give them access to the fueling information specific to their vehicles and/or equipment, saving them from compiling that data themselves and freeing them up to manage the operation rather than the fuel tracking.

Account Management:

Our personable and knowledgeable sales professionals strive to provide you with superior service every day. As a valued Diesel Direct customer, you are assigned an Account Manager who is your point of contact from the beginning and throughout.
